2c) Cords capable of forming a loop coming from behind TV in living room were accessible to children, cords capable of forming a loop coming from desk in living room were accessible to children, phone charging cords in infant room and living room were capable of forming a loop and accessible to children, video monitoring camera in main play room was in children's toy bin with long cord capable of forming a loop accessible to children, lamp on deck with long cord capable of forming a loop was accessible to children and extra rope coming from bottom of rope ladder outdoors was capable of forming a loop and accessible to children. 2d) Hefty bags were on floor of laundry room accessible to children, diapers in plastic bag covering were on lower shelf of changing table in infant room accessible to children 5a) All outlets accessible to children in childcare had sliding covers and behind them were not Tamper Resistant outlets. 5e) Two power strips with surge protectors were in living room accessible to children in care.
